Cashew Chicken skillet

chicken breasts, cut up and flattened
bag of frozen stir-fry veggies with noodles
teriyaki sauce
salt (optional)
sesame seeds
cashews
In a large skillet (with a lid) brown the chicken on both sides in oil and some teriyaki sauce. Add in the bag of veggies (and salt). Add some more teriyaki sauce. Cover and let it simmer about 20 minutes (until chicken is all cooked). Add in the sesame seeds and cashews and let it simmer about 5 or so minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
