Yum. I was reading the kids a book the other day and it was talking about a cucumber sandwich with cream cheese on rye and I thought it sounded really good. And not much sounds good these days. How do you make yours?
I have never ever had a cucumber sandwich, but it sounds pretty darn good! I’ll have to try it once I start eating dairy again (baby still can’t tolerate me eating dairy) because I don’t think it would be nearly as good without the cream cheese

Bread, cream cheese, sliced cucumbers (preferably salted and limed). I ate this a lot when I was pregnant. Sometimes I’d add alphapha sprouts.

Yeah it wouldn’t be the same without the cheese. You could try hummus maybe?
