Thanks for stopping in on our site to check on Zachary, and THANK YOU for all the prayers you have offered on his behalf. Nothing comforts us more during these times than knowing so many are thinking of and praying for our sweet angel boy.
Please do pass along our email, phone (773-2207) or blog site to the couple you know who is expecting a child with a heart defect. I would LOVE to talk to them, and since Zachy came along I feel compelled to spread awareness and hope for CHD (Congenital Heart Defect) families. I remember when Zachy was first diagnosed in utero… we were so scared and confused. We had no idea his prognosis, no idea if he would even live. He is THRIVING and giving even his older brothers a run for their money!

Hi Michelle! Thanks I will pass on your info! You might know them, I think their names are Clint and Madonna and it’s his mom, Mary Smith, who told me about it. I know a bit about CHD and am so thankful for your family that this surgeon is available! This is an example how advancements in technology and medicine CAN sometimes be extremely helpful, what a blessing! Now I know Zach doesn’t have DS, did they ever give you guys any other clue as to what else may have caused this for his particular case?
How long will you guys have to stay up there? Well I’d almost forgotten about all his history when I see him so active and healthy! God has blessed you all so much! Hope to see you all back soon and well! Erika
