I made some BBQ Beef in the crockpot Sunday. That night we had BBQ Beef Sandwiches and I still had some leftover beef yesterday (still do actually). Inspired by my friend, Elizabeth’s, homemade convenience taquitos, I made some sort of like them (hers are better so do check her recipe out).
