Ingredients:
~ Cucumbers – sliced, salted, {limed if you’re not like my kids and appreciate limed cucumbers.}
~ {Optional limed & salted Avocado slices}
~ Feta Cheese {crumbled}
~ Dollop of Hummus {home-made is better but I used a store-bought one}
What to do:
~ Dump cucumbers into your serving bowl, sprinkle with feta cheese, dollop it with hummus.
~ Eat, pat yourself on the back f0r eating something good for you, and enjoy!
